The estate originally housed the irrigation administration for this part of the valley of S\u00f3ller. A water reservoir containing well over 1.500.000 litres of water, named \u201eAljibe\u201c from the Arabic \u201eAujub,\u201c is located at the upper end of the property. In former times, the water from mountain springs was collected in the reservoir and distributed via a system of aqueducts to the agricultural land surrounding the finca. Today, the water serves only for the irrigation of our own gardens.<\/p><p>Ca\u2019n Lupal is a five minute walk from the centre of S\u00f3ller in No. 10 Cami de Torrente Can Creueta. The paved road has little traffic and is more than 300ft from the house.
